Soros Funded Religious Left Organizations

Six religious organizations funded by George Soros think that religion has no place in politics.These groups include the Interfaith Alliance, the Islamic Society of North America, Muslim Advocates, the Sikh Coalition, the Union for Reform Judaism, and the United Church of Christ. Altogether these organizations have received more than $600,000 in Soros grants.

I guess our Founders never meant for God to be part of our country's nature. Never mind what appears on our coinage or paper money. Never mind any documents they may have signed over two centuries ago. Never mind that Congress opens a session with prayer to the Almighty. Soros and company know best.

Obama Takes a Swing at Texas

Barack Obama just took away a big chunk of federal Medicaid from Texas. He did this because Texas de-funded Planned Parenthood.



This guy is a really stubborn baby trasher! His favorite abortion provider got nixed by Texas and he doesn't like it. So, like all spoiled kids, he gets back at Texas through Medicaid funding.

I guess this guy never heard the expression "Don't Mess With Texas!" He'll learn in November!!

High Gas Prices...Obama Loves Them

Here in Texas, we are paying over $3.50 a gallon for gas. I know this is probably a lot less than other parts of the country, but it does hurt our citizens. Gas prices are just part of the upward movement in energy costs.

Obama touts his GM electric cars, solar power, and other "green" energy. He makes it harder to mine for and use coal. He blocks gas pipelines. He gives taxpayer money away to debt laden solar power companies, while paying back for their past monetary campaign support.

First we have pre-birth abortions. Remember, the argument here is that it's really not a person, it's just a fetus. Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers see nothing wrong with this. They are looking after the "rights" of a female...not an unborn child.

Now, we have after-birth abortions. A few ethicist, people who say they know what's right and wrong, have decided that a newborn baby is still not a "real person" and therefore has no rights! So, let's just terminate the newborn! Adolf Hitler would be so proud of these guys!!

The purpose of these bills was to make it harder for sites, especially those located outside the United States, to sell or distribute pirated copyrighted material such as movies and music as well as physical goods such as counterfeit purses and watches." The House and Senate reneged on both and decided to take another look at both the bills.

But the fact is that the Department of Homeland Security may have the power to spy on you. New proposed legislation will allow DHS to monitor companies operating cyber security software for the government. How much further will that go?

Rep Paul Ryan Tells It Like It Is

House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan recently condemned President Barack Obama’s $3.8 trillion spending plan. Ryan says the proposal is “an unserious budget” filled with “temporary sugar-high economics,” “gimmicks,” and “tricks.”

Furthermore, Obama appears to deny the Constitution as law of the land. He proposes or twists laws to best suit his radical agenda. Obama along with the Liberal Left is trying to make our Constitution null and void. We must not let this happen.

"Federal filings also show that Soros Fund Management, the investment vehicle controlled by billionaire and longtime Democratic donor George Soros, owns more than three million shares in the Vancouver, British Columbia-based distributor of LNG engines. It is a position worth more than $90 million, as of the Feb. 14 market close."

Democratic donors and friends of Obama have a big investment in natural gas as an alternative fuel. Sounds great...if you didn't have an alternative reason to support BO's latest "green energy" adventure. Obama, Mr. Greenie, and his fellow "green" allies feature a new environmental alternative ever so often. Maybe this won't go broke nor get government loans since George Soros is backing the whole thing!

What Would Reagan Do?

After a second reading of Dinesh D'Souza's book "Ronald Reagan: How an Ordinary Man Became an Extraordinary Leader," I'm passing along a plan of action to the Republican Party. I thought we needed another individual "like Ronald Reagan." This will never happen! A leader like Reagan comes along only once in a lifetime. You can't create nor duplicate a Reagan.

But, you can ask yourself "What would Reagan do?" Those four short words spell out a plan for 2012. All the rhetoric in the world will not present the idea more dramatically than "What would Reagan do."

The Republican Party has a choice...do what Reagan would have done and stay the course or give Obama four more years. There is no other choice. Republicans have a mandate to real "change."

Republicans must nix Obamacare. They must reduce entitlements. They must strengthen our military. They must reduce the cumbersome regulations on our free enterprise system. They must do away with certain cabinet departments in order to reduce big government operating costs. They must not give Americans more of a tax burden. Everyone should pay their fair share to live in this country! They must give America back its pride in self. We are a unique nation and Republicans must remind us they we are.

These are things Reagan would have done! Republicans and our country in general must re-think what and who we are. We must all look within in order to save this nation from without!

The organization Media Matters keeps on moving to the Left. That group has tried to discredit anyone opposed to the Obama Administration. They appear to be the "watch dog" for the socialist leaning administration as it moves our country toward complete destruction!

Obama Has a Bull's Eye on the Catholic Church

The whole contraception and Constitutional issue gets crazier and crazier. Obama wants all women to have the insurance that gives them the "right" to not have a child!? Where has this guy been for the last 20 years?

But deeper than contraception, we are talking about the First Amendment to our Constitution. We separated the state from church, but now the state is telling the church what to do. The First Amendment says:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

So now Obama says that all church sponsored entities must provide health insurance with contraception. Is he "prohibiting the free exercise" of the Catholic Church that is against contraception? Pope Paul VI's  landmark encyclical letter Humanae Vitae (Latin, "Human Life"), reemphasized the Church’s constant teaching on this as follows:

Contraception is "any action which, either in anticipation of the conjugal act [sexual intercourse], or in its accomplishment, or in the development of its natural consequences, proposes, whether as an end or as a means, to render procreation impossible" (Humanae Vitae 14). This includes sterilization, condoms and other barrier methods, spermicides, coitus interruptus (withdrawal method), the Pill, and all other such methods.

So now it all melds together...the state ordering all Church groups to offer a means that some Churches oppose. It appears that according to Obama the ends justifies the means and the Hades with our Constitution!

On life and the U.S. Constitution, Barack Obama is starting to get very transparent! We are starting to see his real colors. I am reminded of the old Soviet Union. The words "Socialist", "Progressive", and ultra-Liberal come to mind. But...that's just the way I see it!

Obamacare has it's hidden mandates. The most recent one to come out of hiding says 5that all employers MUST include contraception and birth control in the insurance they offer to employees. The Catholic Church doesn't approve of this. The Church is up in arms against the Obama Administration.

The Commander-in-Chief "Gags" Priests

It appears that Obama as  the Commander-in-Chief has the power to overrule the First Amendment freedom of speech. The Catholic Church recently requested all priests to issue a condemnation of the Department of Health and Human Services’ decision to force religious employers to cover the cost of contraception and abortion-inducing drugs in its employees’ health-care coverage. The letter argued that the faithful could not and must not in good conscience comply with the HHS’ “unjust law.”

Well, the Army’s Office of the Chief of Chaplains sent out an order “forbidding Catholic priests to read the letter, in part because it seemed to encourage civil disobedience, and could be read as seditious against the Commander-in-Chief.”

Who Gets to "Fix" the Jobless Rate

The jobless rate has seen a marked decrease in the past month. One of these numbers is a major drop in black unemployment from 15.8% to 13.6%. Some folks have reservations about the latest data since a record number of people dropped out of the labor force in one month. Representative Allen West has problems with the numbers showing any kind of a drop, especially in the black community.

Obama Take-the-Credit Policy

The article below is an excerpt from the Wall Street Journal written by Leif Babin. It relates how Obama likes to use the Navy SEALs for his political gain. Obama never heard the WWII expression "Loose lips...sink ships." The bigheaded president needs all the momentum he can get from any positive news coming out of D.C. to get re-elected. Let’s hope he doesn’t sell our military secrets to get elected!

"America's premier Special Operations force is once again in the headlines after a team of Navy SEALs rescued two hostages from captivity in Somalia last week. Elite U.S. forces have carried out such operations periodically over the past decade, always with skill and bravery. The difference in recent months is that the details of their work haven't remained secret. On the contrary, government officials have revealed them for political gain—endangering our forces in the process.

The floodgates opened after the raid that killed Osama bin Laden last May, and the Obama administration's lack of discretion was on display again at last week's State of the Union address. As President Obama entered the House chamber, in full view of the cameras, he pointed to Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and exclaimed: "Good job tonight, good job tonight." Clearly something had happened that he wanted the world to know about.

After delivering his speech, which included multiple references to the bin Laden raid, the president again thanked Mr. Panetta. "That was a good thing tonight," he said as if to ensure that the viewing public, if they missed it initially, would get it a second time around.
Sure enough, shortly thereafter, the White House announced the successful rescue of the hostages in Somalia by U.S. Special Operations forces. Vice President Biden appeared on ABC's "Good Morning America" to highlight the success the next morning, and Mr. Panetta also publicly praised it. Then came the "anonymous U.S. officials" to provide extensive details of who conducted the raid and how. As with the bin Laden operation, the top-secret unit that carried it out was again front-page news, as were its methods and tactics.
Our special operators do not welcome this publicity. In fact, from conversations I've had in recent days, it's clear they are dismayed by it.

Adm. William H. McRaven, America's top special-operations commander, wrote in his 1996 book "Spec Ops" that there are six key principles of success in special operations. Of paramount importance—especially given the risk and sensitivity of the missions and the small units involved—is what the military calls "operational security," or maintaining secrecy. If the enemy learns details and can anticipate the manner and timing of an attack, the likelihood of success is significantly reduced and the risk to our forces is significantly increased."
