Kagan Should Recuse from Obamacare Case

We need to keep this issue on the front burner. Justice Kagan, as the Obama administration's solicitor general, had her lawyers defend Obamacare. Therefore, she has interest in this issue. Kagan needs to sit back and let the other Justices decide the fate of Obamacare's constitutionality.
