How Desperate is Barack Obama?

The EIC (Emperor in Charge), Barack Obama, is not running out of money. But, he is asking for more money. His organization recently posted an Internet ad disparaging Conservatives and then asking for more campaign capital.
 Obama’s re-election funding is not hurting. So why panhandle for more money? Could be that Obama needs money for his retirement years!
