There Could be Hope to Defeat Obamacare

Chief Justice John Roberts asserted that Obamacare penalties for not getting health insurance are taxes. This means that the Harry Reid and the U.S. Senate created a new tax. BUT...the U.S. Constitution requires any tax bills to begin in the House. Is this a legal loophole to kill Obamacare?
