Obama's EPA Set to Kill Coal Jobs

The Obama EPA is waiting until after the elections to launch new regulations that would dramatically hurt coal mining jobs. The EPA is holding back to give Obama a chance at a second term, and should he succeed, it will flood the U.S. with job killing anti-coal laws.

Republican Sen. James Inhofe said this:
“President Obama is refusing to comply with the law that requires him to publish forthcoming regulations because he doesn’t want the American public to know the terrible cost of the regulatory barrage he plans to unleash in a second term."
