Louisiana Ready to Produce Duck Family Show?

While states like California go begging for federal money, states like Louisiana make lemonade from A&E lemons! Yes, Bobby Jindal's state is ready to step in and take command of Duck Dynasty if the Robertson family and A&E can't resolve the network initiated problems.

Lt. Governor Jay Dardenne said the state would use its film industry to help the Robertson family. Dardenne mentioned that the Robertson program has directly influence tourism in his state. Louisiana and the Robertson family could be production partners...and Big Winners both!

A&E is known for its backing of the gay community. A&E is also known for its attempts to silence Duck Dynasty patriarch Phil Robertson for his Christian views. Add those two ingredients and you have an A&E plot targeting Robertson.

A&E execs knew about the GQ magazine interview. They even sent a representative with Phil Robertson. Can you say setup? After all, the cable network's executives had grown tired of the Robertson family advocating their fervent Christian values.

In an effort to placate a gay minority, A&E may have lost a "cash cow" in the program Duck Dynasty. A&E not only silenced a Christian for speaking his beliefs, but it also struck a blow to free speech and even free enterprise.

A&E tells the world "don't think and speak what you believe or you will be made to suffer." Hollywood can be unmerciful to critics of the gay community and A&E with its fellow channels cater to that gay community.

So, who will the big loser? Will Phil Robertson be silenced forever? Will Phil Robertson suffer deep financial losses? My money is with Phil! A&E will eventually be the Big Loser for its Christian bashing!!

• $400,000,000 paid to government employees to do nothing during the recent government shutdown.

The Hawaii Department of Health Director, Loretta Fuddy, was killed in a small plane crash near Kalaupapa on December 11. Fuddy was the official who confirmed Barack Obama’s Hawaiian birth certificate in 2011. Fuddy was the only person killed in the crash, the other eight passengers all survived.

Muslim Cab Drivers Say No to Blind

Canadian cab drivers of the Islamic faith claim they cannot pick up blind patrons with seeing eye dogs. They say the dog is considered "unclean" in the articles of their faith.

So, Muslims have a problem with dogs. It appears that Islam can't get along with the rest of the world. That religion can't stand Christians, Jews, Buddhists, Hindus, and now dogs! Sad state of affairs for this Barack Obama religion of tolerance.

Can't Take Debate? Then Boycott!

The best way for Liberals to protect themselves against Conservative organizations is to tell the nation to boycott them. Democrats make up the largest group of Liberals.

The Democratic National Committee recently called on people to boycott radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh and the conservative Daily Caller online news publication because of commentaries by both on sexual harassment. The DNC won't debate an issue. Like most Liberals they call for a boycott!

Charles Krauthammer spoke with Fox News’ Bret Baier on a panel with Juan Williams and Judge Andrew Napolitano. The panel was reacting to new Obamacare directives for insurance companies.

Krauthammer attacked new Obamacare rules unveiled by HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius in a late Thursday conference call. He referred to the new rules as "banana republic lawlessness."

Harry Reid likes to play fair when it comes to getting his way! Reid instigated the no debate in Senate rule. He is good at cutting off debate when it comes to legislation and people he likes.

So Reid likes his family. So he pressed the Department of Homeland Security to issue visas for certain shady characters associated with his son's dealings. Reid's son, Rory, represents a Las Vegas casino that had secured possible funding from Asian investors.

DHS had flagged the foreigners for “suspicious financial activity” and had initially denied visas for them. This denial normally does not allow for appeals. And then Harry Reid stepped in...

O'Reilly said rightly that Mandela was a Communist. No doubt. He also
said Mandela was a great African leader. No doubt either.

But, Sharpton edit the comments to make O'Reilly appear to ONLY criticize Mandela. Sharpton left out anything positive O'Reilly said about Mandela. The Supreme Race Baiter Sharpton won't get an Emmy or Oscar for his film editing, but he will get on Santa's Naughty List for Dishonest Film Editing!

Barack Obama flew his family of aides and advisers down to South Africa for Nelson Mandela’s funeral and mass-media send-off. The Obama Gang made a big deal going to the services for this South African Communist.

In 2011 Obama only sent a few former diplomats to services for former Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, a truly great world leader. Obama never did like the British. He blames them for what happened to his paternal grandfather.

Obama’s grandfather, Hussein Onyango Obama, was a supposed victim of British oppression. This is an assumption that has in turn fuelled Obama's perceived bitterness towards Britain.

The Mandela love-fest gave Obama a world pulpit to try and fix his waning image. Who cares if Mandela hated American enterprise and lauded Cuba and its Communist leaders!

Further Attacks on Christianity

We continue to see Christians attacked by Muslims in Syria. The government does little to help them. The United States under Barack Obama just gives lip service to this assault on followers of Christ.

Recently, Syria’s al-Qaida-linked militants kidnapped 12 Greek Orthodox nuns and at least 3 other women. Syrian rebels took the nuns and women from the Greek Orthodox Mar Takla convent in northern Damascus.

 

This is just a hint into the continuing violence against Christians by al-Qaida and other Islamic radicals in the three-year revolt against Basher Assad's government. In the past, there have been numerous murders and executions of other Christian citizens.
