How Many Enrolled in ObamaCare?

The Obama Administration doesn't have the slightest idea how many citizens have enrolled in ObamaCare. We live in a world of Facebook, Twitter, and handheld computers. But, the federal government can't tell us how many ObamaCare enrollees there are today.

Back in the 90s, I created an Excel worksheet that calculated a five million dollar yearly training budget. The worksheet had links, formulas, charts, and more. So, why can't some lamebrain government contracted programmer not make a system that just keeps tab of people enrolled or registered in that system?
