Food Stamp Fraud - NO WAY!

According to the General Accountability Office (GAO) the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) provided $76 billion in benefits to about 46 million people  in fiscal year 2013. About $2.6 billion was eaten up with fraud.
 
Well, that's only a little over 3 percent of the total handed out, no big deal! But is, that is over two billion dollars of our money going to waste. Taxpayers should be treated better than that. This is NOT government money; it is our money!
