Here in Texas, we have a choice for governor. On the Democratic side we have an Obama disciple, an unknown abortion supporter, and a true Left Winger. On the Republican side we have a man of God, a protector of the unborn innocent, and a true patriot. I am an Independent voter. I back the Tea Party movement in spirit, even if I do disagree with some of them. I've voted for Republicans and Democrats. I was raised in the age of John F. Kennedy Democrats until that party moved in the wrong direction.
The Liberal wing of the Democratic Party has taken over. This party now supports abortion with no limits, gay rights over Christian rights, Islamic rights over all others, pot smoking over reasonable behavior, Common Core over real education (Reading, Writing, and Math), and more.
