Is OWS Responsible for Things Like This

I'll be called a "conspiracy nut" if I say that the story below reminds me of OWS groups. BUT...this is the kind of malicious stuff ultra-liberals like OWS might do...in my opinion. Their rhetoric can easily lead to this kind of vandalism.
