Well, folks, sparks are a flying and Rick Perry is making those sparks. He has some really good ideas regarding Washington D.C. and its entrenched politicians and judges.
He seems to want a Congress like the part-time Texas legislature. A legislature that gets things done in the short time it's in session. Maybe the U.S. Congress could learn how to function without so much balking on both side...hear something new, Harry?
