The Federal Government's Cash-for-Drunkards Program

You would think that the federal government's food stamp program is
relatively free of fraud. Think again! The Fed also has a "debit" like program know as “EBT.” This is the federal government’s electronic benefits transfer card, which is intended to provide poor people with food stamps and cash assistance for basic necessities.
