Do you really believe that our neighbor to the north sponsors government vending machines that sell "crack" pipes? This is much like the clean needle program you'll find in some progressive U.S. states. You know so that addicts won't hurt each other with contaminated needles, and in Canada it's contaminated pipes.Our world is slowly turning upside down. In Canada, like in the U.S., there is a ban on the sale of incandescent light bulbs. Once the current supply of incandescent light bulbs runs out, you won't be able to get them in the Canada nor the U.S.. But, you can get a new crack pipe...courtesy of the Canadian progressive government!
