The Buck Stops with Clinton

Regarding the Benghazi massacre, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said “the buck stopped with her.”  President Harry Truman once said "The buck stops here." Truman kept a sign with that phrase on his desk in the Oval Office.

So, is Clinton our president...or is Barack Obama our president? Where does the "buck stop?" Read more at...
