However,
what about the children he murdered. They never had a trial. They never had a
jury. They never had the publicity Gosnell could get. Where is justice for
them?
Remember,
these babies were full term. They were actually born into this world. They were
citizens of this country. These murdered infants were born in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania…and I think that city and state are part of the U.S.A.!
The
fourteenth amendment to our Constitution gives these slaughtered children the
same rights as you and I. See below what it says:
XIV - Citizen Rights not to be abridged 1. All persons born
or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof,
are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No
State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities
of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of
life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor to deny to any
person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
So why doesn’t
the media cover this trial? Is it because they want to be “politically correct”
since it is an African-American doctor who killed the babies? Is it because we have
an African-American (with Caucasian blood) in the White House? Is it because
the media agrees with abortion of all kinds?
Only the
media knows the answer. I do hope that bloggers will press on the issue of this
mass murderer. The infant Americans deserve to be heard. We cannot “…deny to
any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
