Washington IRS Also Hit Conservatives

IRS officials tried to talk down the "extra attention" Conservative groups, such as the Tea Party, got from federal tax offices as no big deal and only local. One of those local offices happened to be in Washington, D.C.

 

The Washington Post reported that "...IRS officials in Washington and at least two other offices were involved with investigating conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status, making clear that the effort reached well beyond the branch in Cincinnati that was initially blamed."
The Obama Administration hates negative publicity. Many Conservative groups and bloggers almost daily feature stories unflattering to Obama and his Gang. Obama does not like criticism! He is a legend in his own mind...so why not use the IRS on those pesky Conservatives!
