Elijah Cummings Busted

The problem we now have in Congress is one that isn't really that extraordinary. Liberal Democrats will do anything to perpetuate their way of life.

Representative Elijah Cummings has been part of an investigation into IRS activity during the 2012 elections and actions before that election. The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee has been investigating Lois Lerner for her part in the targeting of Conservative groups by the Obama IRS.

Cummings is now accused of pushing the IRS investigation of one of those Conservative groups, the organization True the Vote. That organization filed its application for tax-exempt status in 2010. Cummings urged the IRS to look into their application.
