Job Corp...Rotten to the Core

There's nothing like a federal government program that was created to help young people. What a great idea! We should do all we can to help troubled or unprivileged kids.
 
Yep...there's nothing like booze, drugs, and sex to get those youths motivated to be good citizens. Zero tolerance is a catchy phrase used to admonish wrong doers. But, what if the wrong doers are in charge?
