Obama Amnesty Action Unconstitutional

Charles Krauthammer reminded viewers on Fox News Channel that Barack Obama told us that his power regarding illegal aliens was limited. He admitted that it is unconstitutional for a president to grant amnesty to illegal aliens.

But, Obama recently talked about amnesty for illegals. He knows he cannot arbitrarily give illegal aliens amnesty. And as I've stated he is aware of that it would be an impeachable offense.

So where does he go from here? If he tries to apply amnesty, will this be grounds for impeachment? Krauthammer said it is and Congress should proceed if Obama tries this tactic.
