Electric Cars and Payoffs

A California electric car salesman, Paul Scott, wants to offer Barack Obama some advice. And, in particular he backs the scheme to jack up carbon taxes to force the public to think about electric cars as an option.

Scott also just happens to be co-founder of the electric car advocacy group Plug in America and admits he’d also like to sell more electric cars!
Scott paid to give this tip to Obama. That's one thing Barack Obama loves...MONEY!
