California Not Really Better Off...Just Off

Some Left wing rags have proposed that Jerry Brown has taken California back to its glory days. They say that unemployment is down...then it went back up to 8.7 percent. They say that Brown has cleared up a lot of state debt...cutting here and raising taxes again there. Brown's investment in "green energy" are not all they preach it is.

Has California recovered? Is it heading back to Hollywood's golden days?
