Tough Guy Obama Negotiates with Putin BUT Not with Republicans

Mr. Transparency-Compromise-Save the Oceans-Community Organizer played the role of a tough guy when he drew some kind of line on Syria. Later he negotiated with Papa Putin to end a possible Syria strike.

Now comes a fight with the Republicans over the budget and Obamacare. The Great Messiah will not negotiate. That's what he and his gang say.

House Republicans will propose a budget less funding for Obamacare. Barack Obama just won't have it. He wants it his way or no way! Compromise is not in his dictionary!
