The Constitution of the United States Section 3 reads as follows:
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.
On Tuesday, Glenn Beck questioned if Barack Obama should be accused of treason or be brought up for impeachment because of Obama's recent decision to waive restrictions under a federal law prohibiting the arming of terrorists. If someone can prove that not one of the "rebels" in Syria is NOT associated with those who attacked our country on September 11th, 2001 then the subject is mute. Most observers agree that the rebels are made up of various groups including Al Qaeda, known terrorists. Obama wants to arm Al Qaeda...our enemy as of 09-11-2001!
So it is logical that Obama is giving aid to our enemy. Do you agree with Glenn Beck? Read what Beck says...Obama arms enemy...treason?
