How to Win an Election...Legally or Illegally

DOJ head Eric Holder, then-IRS commissioner Douglas Shulman, and PeterLorenzetti, a senior IRS official participated in what could be an illegal voter training session for black ministers from the Conference of National Black Churches at the U.S. Capitol hosted by the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC). This Obama Administration training took place in May 2012 prior to the that year's elections.


The training consisted of information on how to engage in political activity during the 2012 election without violating the group's tax-exempt status. At the same time, "the IRS harassed conservative and tea party groups during the 2012 election cycle with improper reviews of their 501(c)(3) tax-exempt applications."

Is Obama above the law? Why do courts allow this type of chicanery to happen? Who's will pay for this shady practice?
