Green Jobs Gone Wild

Did you ever see a fellow worker play solitaire on their work computer? Was this out of boredom? Many workers do it, right? How about employees of a company using taxpayer funds, can they play away the day?

The U.S. Department of Energy recently found a “green energy” company whose workers did more than play. We literally paid this company to produce Chevy Volt batteries. So far, there are no batteries! So, what is this company and what were their employees doing?
