Outdoing Big Government

Jack Andraka recently found a revolutionary cancer detection process. This process cost an astonishing three cents per trial! The process takes about 5 minutes! The process is about 90% accurate! Jack is 15 years old!


Here, folks, is another example of how an individual can make a difference WITHOUT government aid. I guess this young man didn't wait for government re-distribution!
