The inappropriately named Affordable Care Act may be delayed. The Obama Administration is having difficulties implementing Obamacare. The administration wants to delay employer reporting requirements for a year which also means that the employer mandate would be delayed.
I guess the ready for prime time law just isn't ready at this time. The bill that had to be passed so everyone could find out what was in it, just doesn't read well!
