Trayvon "Marijuana" Martin...Does It Matter?

Was Trayvon Martin on marijuana? Some say yes and some say what of it! Did it matter that this guy had been smoking marijuana?

Some doctors and scientists will say it didn't matter. So why does a person get jailed for DUI after a few drinks above normal alcohol levels? So what's the difference when this guy does a little marijuana?
