Obamacare: Delay or Dissolve

The Obama administration wants to delay the Affordable Care Act's employer mandate. The provision states that businesses with more than 50 workers must offer health insurance or pay fines.


Now, some in Congress question whether or not Obama can delay this provision. Little by little Obamacare is falling apart. The funny thing is that the Obama Administration is doing the dismantling!
