Obamacare Shift = Billions of Dollars in Waste, Fraud, and Abuse.

Here's another issue that will fog up the state of our union. Obamacare appears to be falling apart under its own legislative weight. Barack Obama may try executive orders in this and others issues like the environment to get his way. This jumble mess of scandals and issues may be too much to handle. But...does Obama have something up his sleeves!
