Common Core Needs to Go Back to Basics

I find it hard to believe how many steps modern kids have to go through to solve a simple math problem! You'd think the kids had to write some Einstein and Newton equation to solve such simple arithmetic (old school term) questions.

Our school systems want kids to think about why the answer is what it is when doing math. How about 1 plus 1 equals 2 because it does! Mathematics is finite and by that I mean there is a right and a wrong answer...nothing in between!

If teachers want kids to question an answer, teach them the difference between right and wrong in life. Let them think about how they would answer life's issues. And then have them explain their answer!

ABC news stooge and Democratic crony George Stephanopoulos signed a new deal with the network. The guy will stay on to help Democrats gain office. Having been a Bill Clinton cheerleader in the past, we know Step-On will try to boost her ladyship Hillary as well!

So what do hospitals do with the bodies of the unborn who are terminated by abortionists? Are these little bodies buried in a mass grave? Is there a place where the tiny corpses are kept for processing? Or, do the little tykes make a great source of energy?

The state of Oregon had a great idea...use the unborn for energy! Like their neighbors across the pond in England, some ingenious liberal took the bodies and incinerated them like fuel. The aborted bodies came from Canada, a liberal country with apparently little regard for human life.

Life in America has become a useless commodity. The radical environmentalists in this world fight against coal fired energy, but wouldn't lift a finger against baby power!

"The sky is falling," or so says the radical Liberal environmentalist. It's my opinion that the Liberal environmental folks have an alternate "green" agenda. People like Al Gore and Barack Obama want to save the earth from the sins of capitalist!

But, it's these same environmental nuts that want to MAKE MONEY off environmental issues. They hide behind scientific pronouncements that may or may not be accurate.

They don't care for statistical accuracy as long as they get their hands on any money spilling out of the environmental hysteria. The Gore-Obama bunco artists are interested not in a safe world to live in, but the money that can be made from the "green" scheme!

ObamaCare April Fool Announcement

It may be a little late reporting, but the fact that Barack Obama touted the numbers signed into his health care debacle on April Fool's Day speaks loudly about the state of ObamaCare! How often

The guy keeps using numbers that don't include how many folks lost their old insurance because of ObamaCare. Add these to the folks who signed up (but may not have paid up) and the numbers are much lower than the Obama brag.

I guess we'll never know how many people have actually signed and paid for their insurance under ObamaCare. If the Obama Administration can't get the numbers right, how can we ever find out the TRUTH?
