More on Kagan's Role in Obamacare

It ain't over 'til it's over...and Fat Lady has not sung!

The Senate Judiciary Committee is asking questions about  Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan role in getting Obamacare into law. Alabama Sen. Jeff Sessions is leading the charge into this inquiry.
