Obamacare’s Regulatory Surtax Coming to You

Obamacare said the states would set up insurance exchanges where citizens could buy insurance with a federal subsidy. Not so Kimosabe!  Health and Human Services (HHS) will not fund anything (subsidies) in this scam. They'll pas it on to the insurers. In turn the insurers will pass the cost on to consumers. So...you pay!
