According to Michelle Obama, Barack Obama used Executive Orders whenever he didn't get his way. This happened when he wanted to give a free pass to all illegals and then when he wanted to tell us what guns we could buy. Now the guy wants to use an Executive Order to fix his crumbling health care debacle!I know that previous presidents have used Executive Orders on various issues. But, I don't think they were used because a president didn't get his way. This is the Obama modus operandi. Maybe he'll issue an Executive Order to curve Michelle Obama's vacations and opulent spending!
