In chapter two, you’ll find many who voted and backed Obama are “baffled by the man” they voted for. Maureen Dowd of the NY Times said ”Obama has a bit of Mr. Spock in him…He has a Vulcan-like logic and detachment.” I thought more like a Mr. Spook, but let me go on. She seems to think of him as not caring and above as all…you know the “common person.” Right? Who knows.
In the online magazine Slate, Jacob Weisberg “…worries that this man is too withdrawn for a politician.” Maybe Obama lives in his own land? Maybe he’s too intellectual and can’t see the forest for the trees. Someone yell “TIMBER” before our country implodes!
Evan Thomas appeared on the Charlie Rose show and opined that Obama was “slightly creepy” and “deeply manipulative.” Sound familiar after almost three years? Is this the young Obama who can’t get his way, so he manipulates his creepy self into being Lord and Master. Who needs Congress!
So, folks, if we can’t figure the guy out and these “smart” guys can’t either, what is an Obama? Is there a definitive answer? Do we just shrug our shoulders and keep wondering?
To me he’s still a media creation. And, by the way, there’s a billionaire named George Soros who is good at making things up to make financial profit. Is Soros the “Godfather” of Barack Obama? Is he the man pulling the strings? What’s it getting him…money invested in South American oil fields…union leaders getting fatter…a “new world order” as Soros wants it…who knows.
Food for thought…But by all means…Stay informed…search and research…ask…ask…ask…
