Every few years, we cast our votes for senators and representatives. We do our best to judge candidates by what they say and do. I don't know about you, but a little research helps to get the right person in...or the one I think is OK for our country.
So...what's with these elected officials once they get into office? What makes them think that they NOT on the world stage? Why do they do some really stupid things and expect nothing to happen to them?
Well, in the first place we are "human" and have our foibles. No one is perfect. Man was created in the image of God, but with room for error. I can see God right now saying "Gez...I gave this guy a brain and what does he do...Boy I should have stuck with making chimps!" Sorry, Lord, we are human...and not he-men!
BUT...what is it with some of these folks in Congress! All I can say is God help them stay sane and keep their vitals off the internet!!
