US to Ask France, Germany, etc for OK

When it comes to our country's defense or proposed military action in defense of our interests, we must ask "Mother, may I?" But, the Obama administration doesn't think "Mother" is the US Congress. Obama must ask France, Germany, and the rest of the world for permission to do anything. Our House and Senate is a non-player in decision making.
