States Could Nullify Obamacare

George Mason University professor Walter E. Williams summarized the case that states can nullify Obamacare. He said that in the case of Marbury v. Madison, nullification was reasonable since “all laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void.”


Williams said that citizens should petition their governors and legislatures and demand the federal government nullify Obamacare. So if Congress can't do it, maybe the states can eliminate this bad law.
