The Obama Hard Drive Scam

I've worked with computers since 1976. Back then the USAF had what they called "dumb computers" that did nothing more than accept information for processing. We'd get output the next day through our base data processing offices.
 
Next came the Microsoft PC revolution that brought us real computing on small systems. We could input data, process it, and get real time results. I've used over a dozen different USAF desktops at work and never a drive crash. At home, I've been through six desktops and laptops. I still waiting for a hard drive crash.
 
I guess federal government computers, unlike DOD computers, are not well made and drive crashes are the norm. Or, so say the IRS, the EPA, and FEC.
