A leaked DOJ memo appears to say that it “believes that a gun ban will not work without mandatory gun confiscation.” Contrary to what the White says that Obama's proposals would not “take away a gun from a single law-abiding American.” Hard to say who is saying what.
Remember the Second Amendment to our Constitution.
